1Introduction

6Deposits & Payments

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
• uo8my reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities are suspected.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be refunded at uo8my's discretion, less any applicable processing fees.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by uo8my subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be fully completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit in force at the time of the request;

12Intellectual Property

13Limitation of Liability

14Termination & Account Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting uo8my support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of pending KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited.

Closure by uo8my: uo8my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC, or any other conduct that uo8my, in its sole discretion, determines to be detrimental to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.

Following termination for cause, uo8my may withhold funds pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, uo8my reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

15Amendments to These Terms

uo8my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uo8my will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address.
